It is vital to have clear agreements and effective communication in order to guarantee that the services will be provided in accordance with the participant's aims and that they will be supplied as expected.

BuildKare NDIS places a strong emphasis on the need for participants to be aware of their rights to switch providers in the event that the services they receive do not live up to their expectations. For the purpose of ensuring that the services that are received are continuously improved and that the customer is satisfied, we push for open discussion and regular feedback sessions.
